Terms of Service
1. Who we are
translatewedo is a translation agency operating from 46 Calle Estambrera, 26006 Logrono, La Rioja, Spain. Contact: hello@translatewedo.com. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchase of our services.
2. Services
We provide professional translation, interpretation and transcription services as described on our website. All services are delivered digitally. Service deliverables, timelines and scope are as described on the relevant service page and in your project confirmation.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed through our website and paid via Stripe secure checkout. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorised to make the purchase. All prices are shown in euros and include any applicable taxes.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are specified per plan (Cosecha: 5 business days, Reserva: 10 business days, Gran Reserva: 20 business days). Rush delivery is available as an add-on for documents up to 3,000 words. Timelines begin on the business day following project confirmation. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
5. Corrections
You have 7 calendar days from delivery to request corrections at no additional cost. Corrections must relate to translation accuracy, consistency or agreed scope. New requests, scope changes or changes to the source document are not covered by the correction window.
6. Intellectual property
On full payment, all rights in the translated work transfer to you. We retain the right to use anonymised project statistics for business purposes but will not share or publish your content without written consent.
7. Confidentiality
All content you share with us is treated as confidential. We will sign an NDA on request for sensitive projects. We do not disclose client content to third parties except as required to complete the project or comply with law.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for consequential, indirect or business losses except where required by applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Logrono, La Rioja, Spain.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
