We process personal data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) when you place an order; under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) when you submit a contact form or accept cookies; and under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests) for internal security and fraud prevention purposes. We comply with Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDPGDD) and the GDPR as applicable.

- Name, email address, phone number and country collected at checkout or via the contact form
- Order details including selected services and amounts
- IP address and basic browser/device information for security purposes

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with Stripe, Inc. as payment processor, subject to Stripe's own privacy policy. All translation work is handled by our internal team or registered freelance translators under confidentiality agreements.
6. Retention
Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with Spanish tax law. Contact form submissions are retained for 2 years or until resolved, whichever is sooner. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time.
