This covers research interviews and focus groups, conference sessions and webinars, training videos and online courses, legal depositions and court recordings, internal company calls and strategy sessions, medical and clinical consultations, podcast content requiring subtitles or article derivatives. We produce timestamped plain text, structured transcript documents and subtitle files in SRT and VTT format for video platforms. For academic and legal recordings we follow verbatim transcription conventions. For business recordings we produce clean-read versions that remove filler words unless verbatim accuracy is required. Speaker identification is included where recording quality allows. All audio content is handled under strict confidentiality. We sign NDA agreements on request.
