Legal translation has a different standard of accuracy than commercial translation. Terms are not interchangeable. The Spanish word "resolucion" means something specific in contract law that is different from its general meaning. We translate legal documents with translators who understand the jurisdiction-specific terminology of the source and target legal systems. Our legal team covers contracts, share purchase agreements, articles of association, court judgments and orders, statutory declarations, powers of attorney, wills and probate documents, regulatory filings for Spanish and EU bodies, notarial deeds and certificates. We also produce certified translations bearing the official stamp and signature required by Spanish government agencies, courts, embassies and foreign universities for official document recognition. Our certified translators are registered sworn translators for English, French and Portuguese.
