Delivery Policy
1. How delivery works
All translations are delivered digitally by email to the address you provided at checkout. No physical delivery is involved. Files are sent in the agreed format (DOCX, PDF, TXT or other as specified).
2. Delivery timelines
- Cosecha plan: 5 business days from project confirmation
- Reserva plan: 10 business days from project confirmation
- Gran Reserva plan: 20 business days from project confirmation
- Rush delivery add-on: 24 hours for documents up to 3,000 words
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays and La Rioja regional holidays. The timeline begins on the business day following your project confirmation email, not the payment date.
3. Project confirmation
After payment you will receive an automatic payment confirmation from Stripe. Within 1 business day, a member of our team will send a project confirmation email specifying the start date, delivery date, assigned translator, and any terminology questions before work begins.
4. Large or complex projects
For Gran Reserva projects or unusually complex documents, we may request a brief terminology review call before starting. This does not delay the countdown; the delivery date is confirmed at the time of project kickoff.
5. If delivery is delayed
We will notify you before the delivery deadline if we anticipate a delay, explain the reason, and offer a revised date. If a delay is unacceptable and the work has not yet been delivered, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund under our Refund Policy.
6. Corrections after delivery
You have 7 calendar days to request corrections at no cost. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for full details.
