1. Introduction
At Translate We Do, we strive to provide high-quality translation services. Our Refunds and Returns Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and user-friendly while ensuring a clear process for customers to request refunds under appropriate conditions.


2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • If the translation service has not yet commenced, a full refund may be issued upon request.
  • If the delivered translation contains significant and verifiable errors that do not meet the agreed-upon service standard, we may offer a revision or a partial refund at our discretion.
  • If the service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe without prior communication from us, a partial or full refund may be considered.

Refund requests that fall outside of these conditions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed translation services that have been approved by the client.
  • Translations that were delivered on time and meet professional standards.
  • Rush or expedited translation services unless we fail to meet the agreed deadline.
  • Customized or specialized translation requests that involve industry-specific expertise.

4. How to Initiate a Refund Request
To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at danmktstk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the translation.
  2. Provide the order details, including the project reference number and the reason for the refund request.
  3. If the request is related to quality concerns, provide specific examples or supporting documents demonstrating errors.
  4. We will review the request and respond within 5 business days with our decision.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.


5. Revision Instead of Refund
If a customer is not satisfied with the delivered translation, we may offer one free revision before considering a refund. The revision request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the translation and must specify the exact areas requiring correction.


6. Processing Fees and Costs

  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency.
  • Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, credit card providers) may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In cases of a partial refund, the amount will be determined based on the proportion of work completed.
